Bug 1682609 disabled pre-spawn CIG and automatic injection prevention for non-Nightly because they caused compat issues.

Now that Cisco AMP released a patch (bug 1686708) and IBM temporarily disabled IAT injection and plans to release a patch in the next version (bug 1682304), let's re-enable the features for non-Nightly.
