Details

It'd be nice to have a setting (in preferences) to open all URLs on a new tab,
instead of on a new window. This help one (like me) to set it once and just
click on the URL to open it on a new tab, instaed of right clicking and selecting
'Open Link in New Tab', every time. For overriding this behaviour,  we could
have one more item in the context pop up menu like 'Open in the same window'.
