Whenever I scroll down on a page and click on another page, then go back to the previous page, it takes me to top of page instead of where I left off

Steps to reproduce:

I tried clearing cache, deleting and redownloading app, restarting IPhone.

Actual results:

Changed briefly but not for long.

Expected results:

It should have scrolled down back to where I was.
