Affected platforms:
Ubuntu 20.04 x64

Affected versions:
Nightly 89.0a1

Pre-requisites:
set the Dark theme by going to Settings -> Appearance -> Dark.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Firefox
  2. Open a new tab to trigger the "Set as Default" Infobar
  3. Hover your mouse over the "Set as default" button
  4. Close Firefox to trigger the Close multiple tabs modal.
  5. Hover your mouse over the "Close tabs" button.

Expected Results:
The mouse hover state over the buttons should be noticeable.

Actual Results:

Notes:
When Proton is disabled, the mouse hover state is more noticeable.

This seems to have been fixed along the way. The hover state is somewhat subtle but much more noticeable now than in the screencast.
