Tested with Firefox 87.0, 89.0a1 on Windows 8.1

Clicking the app menu button while the toolbar slides out of view due to full screen opens the menu on a different screen.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. There is a second monitor attached here. The virtual position of its screen is above the screen of the primary one.
  2. Launch Firefox on primary screen.
  3. Open the app menu.
  4. Use the button in it to activate full screen.
  5. Click into the content area. The address and toolbar shall slide out of view.
  6. Move the mouse to the top right. Address and toolbar should be shown.
  7. Click on the app menu button once.
  8. Click once more on it and while it slides out of view another time.

Actual result: App menu shown on second screen
Expected result: Sliding out of view of app menu canceled, app menu open.
