Remove warning signs icons on the following modals that can be accessed inside about:preferences:
- Primary password succesfully changed
- You have deleted your primary password...

Going to match priority in the priority field with the whiteboard value.
I think it would honestly be simpler to make these modals use the new style modals, than to try to write custom CSS / instructions for them to remove the icons.

Thanks, I'm changing the bug title to reflect this since it's our ideal end state.
