1706354 - Padding issue in cert viewer in Embedded SCTs

Hello,
I noticed that there is an issue with padding in the Embedded SCTs section. Padding is added below Version, but I think that it should be below Timestamp so that it separates the various SCTs

Looks like this was mis-classified. I think this certificate-viewer design & layout is under the "Firefox|Security" umbrella.
