[Onboarding] Only able to move between onboarding screens after clicking "Not now"

steps to reproduce/what did you do?

  • Started new session after upgrading Nightly to 90
  • Nightly is not set as default browser
  • Received onboarding screen

expected behavior/ what did you think will happen?

  • Click on the second dot at the bottom of the onboarding screen
  • Go to the second onboarding screen

actual behavior/ what actually happened?

  • Clicking on the second dot does nothing
  • Only by declining to make Nightly my default browser am I able to continue on to the next screen

Since the second screen is more features (and really slick ones at that, the themes look amazing!), I wish I was able to view them before I said I didn't want to make Nightly my default browser. There also isn't a way for me to go back to the first screen if I did want to go back and set Nightly as my default.
