Steps to Reproduce
Open gmail or some other site that shows the green status indicator (like when an email arrives)
Expected Behavior
The dot shows up below the favicon, without overlap, like it used to

The dot overlaps with the favicon

From my investigations, the overlapping only occurs in compact density, and is mostly noticeable if the favicon is squared. Initially we tried verifying w/ the pinned Gmail favicon, but I think the envelope is not square so the overlap wasn't noticeable.

Patrick, could you work on this?
Yes, I can have a look as soon as we know where we're going with tabbar layout on a higher level (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1707686). I believe there's still some work to be done on the general layout of the "compact" density mode, and it obviously does not make a lot of sense to work on details like this indicator before deciding on the general layout of the tabbar, which is also why I started to work on the other issue first.
