User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:89.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/89.0

Steps to reproduce:

Make the Firefox window full screen

Actual results:

The traffic light buttons (close, minimize, maximize) which are inline with the tabs bar disappear.
When moving the cursor to the top edge of the screen, the title bar appears in order to display those 3 buttons.

Expected results:

The 3 window buttons should stay inline with the tabs bar when in full screen mode.
The title bar should not be displayed when moving the mouse to the top edge of the screen.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Cocoa' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

This will look less jarring once we start respecting the non-aqua system appearance, but keeping the window buttons inline with the tab bar is a valid enhancement request.
