Steps to reproduce:

Go to Library > History > Clear. The "ok" button doesn't have the pressed or hover states.

Actual results:

The OK button responding to mouse states.

Hi,

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue either just like Bug 1707160 it could be the theme you are using that is causing it.

Could you also check if this one occurs in safe-mode?

I use Breeze GTK (I ran KDE here), but this also happens if I switch to Adwaita (default theme from GNOME).

I forgot to specify: I'm using Kubuntu. This also happens in GTK based distros like Ubuntu.
