The before and after don't compare similar conditions:
- "Inspect accessibility properties" only appears if you previously used it on dev tools
- The context menus are not similar ones (unsure what the "before" context menu is triggered on but I attached the "before" menu entry matching to "after")
The width of the menu is determined by the "Inspect accessibility properties" entry, which now only gets displayed if this was previously accessed on dev tools (prior to proton this entry was always displayed). Perhaps we should consider adjusting the string to "Inspect Accessibility" though in any case this is not a regression so marking as P5.

ISTM the original reporter will have been talking about the overall height and appearance of the menu, and I don't think we intend to make changes there.
