Tested in 89.0b3 and 90.0a1(2021-04-24) BuildID 20210424155423.

STR:

1. Add Bookmarks Menu browserAction button to the toolbar.
2. Open Bookmarks Menu.

Expected Behavior:

Manage Bookmarks option in Bookmarks Menu is correctly aligned (see 88.0b9).

Actual Behavior:

Manage Bookmarks option in Bookmarks Menu is misaligned to the right. Library > Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks is unaffected.

Unfortunately I can still reproduce this on 89.0b11 and 90.0a1(2021-05-11) BuildID 20210511213906.

I can still reproduce this on 91.0 but not on 92.0b3 and 93.0a1(2021-08-13) BuildID 20210813215247. Please close as appropriate.
