Some frames have bad texture upload janks. Frame building is also has some spikes (32-ish ms), the visibility pass seems to be the most affected. GPU times aren't great some of the frames but I suspect that they are correlated with texture uploads. We render a lot of tiles (40 some of the frames on a 4k screen).
Gecko displaylist build times are pretty bad as well.
