[Steps to reproduce]

  1. Launch the Firefox browser.
  2. Trigger the "Update and Restart", "Download Update", "Unable to Update" and "Download a Fresh Copy" panel notifications.

[Expected result]
The Icon should be Aligned a few pixels lower so that the Text is around the middle of the icon and not aligned with the lower part of the icon.

[Actual result]
The Text on the panel notifications is aligned with the lower part of the icon.
