Bug 1706415 reverts bug 1701920, and puts us back into a situation where we're sometimes using static pixel values for various padding and margin values.
Gijs identified a few places that might need some looking at in https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D113382#3685182, but we agreed that bug 1706415 should land sooner rather than later, and that this audit / adjustment work could be done as a follow-up. I don't think this needs to block MR1.
