1.) Go to YouTube.com
2.) Take a look at the Tab -> You notice 1 text line
3.) Play a video on YouTube.com
4.) Take a look at the Tab -> You notice a transition from 1 text line to 2 text lines
5.) Stop playing the video
6.) Take a look at the Tab -> You notice a transition from 2 text lines to 1 text lines
Actual: The transition animation mentioned in step 4 and step 5 is not smooth and feels jerky.
Expected: To see a nice and smooth transition animation.
