As I noted in https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D113856#3697180, when the distance between the default icon fill and the attention fill colours is greater, then we probably need a longer animation duration to show the transition smoothly.
We might want to consider lengthening the animation when using a non-default/non-light theme.
