People

(Reporter: cdesquesnes, Unassigned)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:88.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/88.0

Steps to reproduce:

Nothing

Actual results:

When I used Firefox, I got a message indicating that Firefox need to be restarted to achieve update. I don't have asked nothing, and it was the most bad moment to do that.

What is tWhen I used Firefox I got a message saying that Firefox needs to be restarted to update. I didn't ask for anything, and this was the least appropriate time to do so.

What is that? Do you think you haven't lost enough users to do this? Please let the user keep control for updates !!!

Expected results:

Nothing if I don't confirm update of Firefox.

Sorry, it's not a firefox problem but a snap problem on Ubuntu. You can remove my bug report (if I cazn(t do it).

Regards.
