Sorry still not able to determine if this has already ben reported

Cache appears under the Privacy, and Advanced menus in Preferences. Also the
preferences OK button not working

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Prefs
2. inspect contents
3. try to close prefs

Actual Results:  
Cache appears twice, under Privacy and Advanced, and the OK button should work

Expected Results:  
Cache prefs shown once, OK button functional

Looking good. Phoenix will be yummy when all the bugs are ironed out.

Reporter, if you see a bug that is as obvious as this please check and double
check before reporting it. There's a very high probability that something this
obvious has already been reported (several times). A query for bugs in the
Phoenix project and the Preferences component would have turned up a
short list (about 5) bugs and one of them, had you read through it, would have
obviously covered your issue.

I just did a query of bugs that you've reported and of the nearly 40 bugs you've
reported over 30 have been resolved as worksforme, invalid or duplicate. That
puts the percentage of useful bugs you've filed below 25%. With a ratio this low
you're probably costing the project more time than you're benefitting it. Please
be more careful with your reporting.
