User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-ca) AppleWebKit/531.2+ (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0 Safari/531.2+
Steps to reproduce:
When I open Firefox Nightly 90.0a1, after I am in a a page which is not start with "about: ". The pagination and the whole windows start flashing. And the light appear only appear the few minutes after I start browser.
Actual results:
White light flashing, less then a second a time, and flash about ten times every minutes.
Expected results:
Shows normally without flashing.

Also it will flash while reload or load another pages. I tried to restart, but does not works.

i confirm the issue
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:90.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/90.0
it is especially visibile during the first load of a website. The more windows and tabs are opened, the more white flashes, especially in case you restore a previous session, and of course using the black theme.

Sorry, I don't know it will show my user-agent, I use user-agent switcher, my user-agent is Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:90.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/90.0 . And yes I use the black theme made my official Firefox.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
