steps to reproduce/what did you do?
- Go to Customize Toolbar screen
- Assuming the default toolbar layout, there should be a Flexible Space item on the left and right sides of the
- Click and hold on either the far left or far right of the now-arrange-able Address Bar item, and drag it out of its spot so the Flexible Space items collapse together (do not release)
- Now try to place the Address Bar item back between the two Flexible Space items
expected behavior/ what did you think will happen?
- The location of my cursor on the Address Bar item where I began the click-drag is used as the drop-able target / hint for the items to separate
actual behavior/ what actually happened?
- I cannot drop the Address Bar item between the spacers as expected, and it appears it's the actual horizontal center of the Address Bar item itself, not the cursor, that determines when items such as the spacers react and separate
This happens with any draggable item (try it with the Search item), but is most noticeable with the Address Bar due to its length.
