I have used a Genius Netmouse or Netmouse Pro for five years now.  With some
rare exception I can't recall, it works in all programs, from M$ Office
Word/Excel to all versions of Netscape 3+ to IE to NewsRover.  None of the
higher functions work in Mozilla, just the basic two button mouse.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Nothing to reproduce.  It doesn't work at all.
Actual Results:  
Zilch.

Expected Results:  
Netmouse functionality includes up-down scrolling and angles scrolling when a
side button is pressed.  These functions work in all other programs except Mozilla.

I am listing this as a major problem because in all other programs it's not
optional.  There are two Netmouse settings, Office Mode and Netmouse mode. 
Neither works in Mozilla.

make sure you have latest drivers from netmouse pro manufacturer, it could help.
