I interpreted this bug as more generally about broken uploads rather than just speed... might be worth defining the scope more explicitly here

don't know if this can help, but soince i've disabled ipv6 on Lan in my router options, firefox upload speed goes to the maximum speed again
I have gigabit download/upload speed. Up until today where somebody suggested some fixes in about:config on reddit, my upload speeds were literally never going over 50mbit.
The fixes...
Set network.http.http3.enable to false
Optionally set network.http.http2.send-buffer-size to 33554432

Kudos to him for finding that. I hope it helps debugging FF's upload speeds.
