User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/12.1.2 Safari/605.1.15

Steps to reproduce:

Opening composer page at start-up.

Actual results:

The browser function is grayed out by default and can only be addressed by switching between the ‘normal’ tab and one of the other three (e.g. source) at the page bottom.

Expected results:

At start-up of composer opening a page to edit, the browser function should not be grayed out. Older versions in the past did not have this problem.

So this one is a DUP of "Bug 718276 - "Load this page in the browser" button is disabled until view is switched"
