Update the "Firefox hangs or is not responding page"

Details
There's a couple of things we could change in this page.
- For starters we can certainly remove the "Firefox hangs while playing Flash videos" section given that Flash isn't a thing anymore
- If Windows Error Reporting pops up the "The application is not responding" dialog we can instruct the user on how to collect a user-mode minidump and send it to Mozilla developers for analysis, see my comment in this bug for an example

I updated https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-hangs-or-not-responding and removed the "Firefox hangs while playing Flash videos" section. Thanks for bringing it up.

Your second suggestion seems too technical for most Firefox users since the KB is written for a general audience rather than one very familiar with computer techniques and terminology [1] but feel free to submit a revision to the article [2] and it will be reviewed.
