[Notes]:

• A vertical scrollbar is displayed after the browser is minimized horizontally. However, it is still not enough in order to be able to observe the whole modal.

[Affected Versions]:

• Firefox Nightly 90.0a1 (Build ID: 20210509213623)
• Firefox Beta 89.0b10 (Build ID: 20210509185840)

[Affected Platforms]:

• Windows 10 x64
• macOS 11.3.1
• Ubuntu Linux 20.04 x64

[Prerequisites]:

• Have an existing Firefox profile created.
• Have Firefox Beta 88.0bx installed.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the profile from the prerequisites.
2. Upgrade the Firefox browser to the latest Firefox Beta version.
3. Observe the displayed page.
4. Vertically resize the browser window to minimum and observe the modal.

[Expected results]:

• Step 3. The Upgrade modal is displayed.
• Step 4. A vertical scrollbar for the modal is displayed.

[Actual results]:

• Step 3. The Upgrade modal is displayed.
• Step 4. No scrollbars for the modal are displayed.

[Additional Notes]:

• Attached is a screen recording of the issue.
• The horizontal scrollbar is correctly displayed if the browser is minimized horizontally.

This is not as critical as the original bug as the user resized the window after it showed meaning the user should be able to resize larger. Vs the original bug potentially the user's screen is that short and has no workaround.

Ideally something like bug 1709823 is generally fixed to have the modal extend out of the window.
