Steps to reproduce
Select some text
Click on Firefox Nightly Search, which opens another tab
Return to original tabExpected behavior
Normal Highlighting (Blue color)
Actual behavior
Black highlighting with the selection bars missing
Device information
- Android device: Asus Zenfone
- Fenix version: Fenix Nightly
Change performed by the Move to Bugzilla add-on.

In GVE steps are
- open a webpage
- select text
- tap 3 dot button
- select new tab
- switch to the previous tab
Selection is grey and until the user interacts with the page the selection handles are not present. This might be expected behavior?
