Steps to reproduce:

The Proton UI detaches the tab bar from the toolbar and the visual is not appealing for everyone, so, an option (in the customize Firefox page) to return to the previous design would be great.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Theme' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
