Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox brand new profile.
2. click on urlbar (open state)
3. click on a one off or zoom the page
4. click outside of urlbar (closed state)

Actual result
The color is not changing for open state and closed state, therefore the box colors for one-offs and zoom box is not changing either.
the screenshot attached was taken using the default system theme.

expected result
open and closed states have different color for urlbar background color, search mode box color and zoom box color.

notes this is visible not only in system theme, on other custom themes it is also visible, depends on the theme you use, for example chrome light external theme does change color but other themes don´t.

I suspect this is a dupe? Linux is following system colors and not using the theme colors unless you explictly pick Light or Dark. Also other themes cannot invert the colors because they don't have a way to know what "inverted" is.

Imo this is a wontfix.

Another thing to note here is that the chiclets in the Urlbar don't change color on Linux system theme because the Urlbar background does not change color. I agree this is a WONTFIX.
