The proposal from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1699080 is accepted, so we need to support the X-Telemetry-Agent header for ingestion-edge and in the ingestion-beam metadata processing logic.

Resolution: --- → FIXED

I just sent a test ping via curl that included X-Telemetry-Agent and saw it flow through to BQ successfully, so all the bits are now deployed.
