Clicking on a link in an e-mail, using Outlook 2000, which should take me to
cagle.slate.msn.com/news/Inspections/menu.asp, instead returns the address of
www.g%2emsn%2ecom.com

This happens to all links in e-mail from Slate Magazine
[MSN_Newsletters@hotmail.com]

Link works properly in Internet Explorer ver 6.0 if it is set as default browser
rather than Mozilla.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.set Mozilla as default browser
2.click on link in e-mail
3.

Actual Results:  
Mozilla starts and Alert box appears which says, "www.g%2emsn%2ecom.com could
not be found. Please check the name and try again."

Expected Results:  
open http://cagle.slate.msn.com/news/Inspections/menu.asp
