Toggling on the print.debug pref produces console output with detail useful for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with the tab-modal print UI. This includes a snapshot of the current print settings, however as the object is logged rather than a stringified representation it can get elided.

This is specifically in reference to bug 1707454, but the same details have been useful to troubleshoot most of the print/print UI issues we've seen since landing.
