Thanks for reporting the bug. Unfortunately, I don't have a Windows 7 machine for testing and can only try these links on Windows 10.
It looks like some of the links are no longer valid and show error pages in all browsers. However, I've tested other content on Youku, ixigua, bilibili, etc... and they all play in Firefox. I suspect that Windows 7 lacks the necessary (H.264) decoder for the video pages in your list, and other browsers use the built-in library to decode.
Could you please go to https://profiler.firefox.com/ and follow the instructions there to collect a profile? It could help us investigate the problem. Thank you!

Hello, what information do you want me to submit? I'm not sure how to use this website. Thank you.
Could you let me know if either of the following videos plays? The player will be at the top of the page you may need click on the player to start the video playing.
Hello, what information do you want me to submit? I'm not sure how to use this website. Thank you.
That website will let you enable the Firefox profiler addon, which can then be used to gather performance information about Firefox. Once the addon is installed, there will be a new icon on the Firefox menu (by default at the top right of your screen). You can use the drop down menu on that icon to select the 'Media' setting, then start the profiler and record the issue happening, then stop the profiler and upload the recording which will produce a link. Following that you could post the link to this bug and we can see if it helps determine the issue.
This is my use of mmcompview to get the list of local decoder files

Video1 can play normally without any trouble
Video2 can't play normally, indicating the lack of video decoder and audio decoder
Shaka Error MEDIA.VIDEO_ERROR (3,,NS_ERROR_DOM_MEDIA_FATAL_ERR (0x806e0005) - Error no decoder found for audio/mp4a-latm)Shaka Error MEDIA.VIDEO_ERROR (3,,NS_ERROR_DOM_MEDIA_FATAL_ERR (0x806e0005) - Error no decoder found for audio/mp4a-latm)
I am sorry, I played video 1, can play normally, I mistakenly think Video 2 can play normally, this is my fault.

Hi,
Could you help me to use [this way] with MOZ_LOG=DecoderDoctor:5 to capture the debug log for us? As you can't play the video2 (H264) that indicates lacking of the Windows Media Fundation, which contains the necessary decoder for H264. Could you try to these ways to see if that would help?
In addition, when you play the video2, I wonder if you have seen an notification bar showing on the top of the browser that tells you something like "to play video formats XXX, you need to install extra Microsoft software..."?
Thank you.
