Add ‘Copy Policy Documents’ button on Root Inclusion Cases
- Similar to ‘Copy Audit Info’ -- let the user select which root to copy from, then copy the policy documents to the Root Inclusion Case.

This bug is resolved in the new "Add/Update Root Request" case type and the redesign of the root inclusion case per Bug 1737866.
