Details

There should be a hidden ID number which is compared to the existing bug database to prevent the creation of a new bug when/if the user refreshes his browser following the creation of a bug. Steps to reproduce: Create a new bug. A status screen results including to whom the bug was emailed. Reload the browser on this screen. A new, identical bug is created. This was not the intent of the user who reloaded his browser.
