I can't drag attachments to the desktop. Plus, the attachment window is so tiny.
Sometimes I can't even tell I have attachments. Can you make the attachment
window a little bigger?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.drag attachment to desktop
2.nothing happens
3.

Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
would like to drag to desktop to download

The first issue is bug 83803. Resolving dup.

(I don't confirm the other issue, of the Attachments box being too small. It
looks fine to me. Chris, why don't you file a separate bug about that, and
attach a screenshot showing that box to make sure you're at least seeing what's
intended, and not something broken.)
