User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:88.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/88.0

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to, for example, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-on-badges
• Change the language to Deutsch
• Now you are in https://support.mozilla.org/de/kb/add-on-badges-abzeichen
• Now try to change the language back to english
• Error page is shown, you are taken to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-on-badges-abzeichen which doesn't exist and isn't the address we were in before.

Actual results:

The alternate language page couldn't be found despite existing due to the addresses being different.

Expected results:

Alternate language page should be found even if address is different, if available.
