User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:90.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/90.0
Steps to reproduce:
I opened the About Dialog.
Help/About nightly
Actual results:
Dialog content is not rendered (remains blank), optionally it gets background.
(It could relate to performance issue in this version.)
Expected results:
About Dialog should have been opened.

It is exactly 90.0.0.7810.
I just had this happen when Firefox Developer Edition updated from 89 to 90. This does not happen in safe mode, so I assume there's some incompatibility with one of my extensions: Stylus, uBlock Origin, and Violentmonkey. Either that or it's related to one of the other configuration changes I've made in preferences.
This doesn't seem to be strictly limited to the about box, although that's the most obvious place to see it. If you're trying to move up and down options in the Urlbar, it doesn't update visually unless you hover over something else. Then it will partially render, and finish rendering the rest in a moment.
The browser console has very similar problems.
Slight update: It's all browser rendering that's messed up, not just the UI. I'm having things like YouTube videos not moving at all (audio is fine), except they'll stutter to new frames if I wave the mouse around other parts of the page.

This looks like a pretty serious glitch in our Graphics layer. Redirecting to that component.

I do not have this anymore in the 91.0a1 (2021-06-03) (64-bit)/91.0.0.7824 (and in a few earlier). Likely can be closed.

Although this has been closed for not appearing in 91a1, I'm still getting it in 90b4 (Firefox Developer Edition) which I'd presume to have some of the fixes in place already. The entire browsing experience is completely broken.
I'd check nightly for comparison but I'm not sure how to safely install that without screwing up my main Firefox install. But at any rate someone needs to get whatever (supposedly) fixed this in 91 ported over to 90 before it hits the release channel.
