Window too large vertically, no access to scroll bar and resizing tab.
Only vertical scrolling possible using the scroll bar. The scroll arrows don't
work.
This is only in the Navigator window. No problem in the mail windows
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Navigator window
2.
3.
Actual Results:
Vertically too large window opened in the Navigator.
Expected Results:
Open window that so the resizing tab is available.
Both vertical and horizontal scroll bars and scroll arrows should be available
and function.
Bent, does this continue to happen after you click the green maximize widget on
the title bar once?

Clicking the green maximze widget reduces the window size, so that the
horizontal scroll bar becomes accessible.
It is only a minor inconvenience that the vertical scroll arrows don't work. It
is perfectly feasible to scroll vertically using the scroll bar itself.
It sounds like the original problem is really bug 130872.
Bent, the problem with the scroll bar arrows is bug , which has been fixed.
