Steps to Reproduce:
- Open https://www.cevitxef.com/
- Click
ACEPTARat bottom right of screen if any - Scroll to bottom (though autoscroll does not work.)
- Observe,
SPOTIFYtable cell
Actual Results:
CSS animation would not work.
Expected Results:
It should be like a marquee, where the text flows from right to left.

I can reproduce this. Works with layout.animation.prerender.partial set to false.
Looks like we don't have a meta bug for enabling partial prerender on release yet so I'm just updating the title for now.

Nevermind, I found the partial prerender meta bug (I was searching on "prerender" not "pre-render" I guess.)
