Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open https://www.cevitxef.com/
  2. Click ACEPTAR at bottom right of screen if any
  3. Scroll to bottom (though autoscroll does not work.)
  4. Observe, SPOTIFY table cell

Actual Results:
CSS animation would not work.

Expected Results:
It should be like a marquee, where the text flows from right to left.

Bug 1711708 is no longer reproduced. so, this is not a duplication.

I can reproduce this. Works with layout.animation.prerender.partial set to false.

Looks like we don't have a meta bug for enabling partial prerender on release yet so I'm just updating the title for now.

Nevermind, I found the partial prerender meta bug (I was searching on "prerender" not "pre-render" I guess.)
