Washington.org will not load, instead I get an error message (see 'details')

I try to go to washington.org and encouner the following error:
The image “http://www.washington.org/index.cfm” cannot be displayed, because it
contains errors.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit washington.org
2. Wait while the page seemingly loops several times
Actual Results:
I got the above error message
Expected Results:
Load the page as it is in IE and (I believe) Netscape 6

Looks like browser-sniffing gone wrong. ->Browser-General, but probably Evang.

Worksforme in build 2002092708 on Mac OS 9 - a temporary error on the website ?

The site hasn't worked for me for months - I just hadn't gotten around to
reporting it.

After upgrading to Moz 1.2b and enabling all javascript, it works...:)
