Steps to reproduce
-Launch Firefox brand new profile.
-Enable search bar in toolbar in about:preferences#search
-type something in searchbar
-pres down keyboard key until you reach "change search settings"
-refresh the site.

expected result
blue box should look nice

Actual result
blue box has double border on left and top side.

i think it has to do with my hardware , i tried this on latest nightly on an older laptop and the blue box shows corretly
but on my dell laptop it shows like that.

Likely a pixel rounding issue. This button is being removed in bug 1709405, so I'm going to close this bug when that one lands.

Bug 1709405 has landed, so following up on comment 4 I'll close this one. I'll mark it fixed but invalid would also be OK IMO.

Verified the button is removed in Firefox Nightly 91.0a1. Closing bug.
