1713634 - Upgrade macos ccov builds to 1015 so we re-add tests

(Note this isn't bug 1713329's fault, would have been really hard to catch)

Bug 1713329 migrated the last non-TV task from macosx1014-qr-tests to macosx1015-qr-tests. This means that TV tasks were the only remaining tasks that still depended on the macosx1014-ccov build.

Since TV tasks can sometimes not exist depending on files modified, it means that we intermittently started hitting the decision task bustage from bug 1713582. We since worked around that bustage another way, so there's no pressing need here. But it still means that all the old macos ccov tests no longer exist in the taskgraph.

We never noticed this since these tasks were never run anywhere anyway.

This adds the set of macosx1015-qr tests to ccov in the full taskgraph (and
removes the 1014 set which is just TV). Since these task weren't running
anywhere it has no impact on target task graphs.

I didn't bother testing on try since they aren't running there anyway. So have
no idea if this change introduces new failures. But if we cared about that we
would be running them ;).
