Steps to reproduce:

1. Browsed to:

about:preferences#privacy -> Cookies and Site Data -> Manage Exceptions ...

2. Sent keyboard shortcut ALT + SHIFT + S, trying to reach and act upon the Save Changes button

Actual results:

The Save Changes button (accesskey) doesn't seem to respond to the keyboard shortcut.

Expected results:

EITHER

1. The Save Changes button should have responded / reacted

OR

2. The "Cookies and Site Data" section should have closed.

Hi solid.tester,
I have tried to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, on Firefox Nightly 91.0a1 (2021-06-03) (64-bit) version and Release 89.0 (64-bit) versions, but I was unable to reproduce it. Anytime I hit ALT + SHIFT + S, 'Save changes' button gets highlighted in blue, but nothing else besides that (please, refer to 'highlighted.jpg')

Can you clear if you expect that this shortcut save the changes after hitting it?
According to your description, 'Save changes' button doesn't respond to the shortcut. Does it get highlighted in blue at least in your end?

1. I can now confirm Save Changes works as expected after updating to Firefox 89.0:
   It reacts properly to the keyboard shorcut, ALT + SHIFT + S (indicated in the initial message),
   for the suggested letter S in Save Changes.

2. Please note:
   The bug had been opened for the very recent Firefox 88.0 version.

3. Small detail:
   I don't see an attachment for this:

please, refer to 'highlighted.jpg'

Most probably, "Can you clarify" is what it has been meant in the below quote:
