171433 - Valid HTML4.01 shows up blank

This URL shows up blank in Mozilla 1.0.0 on Linux even though W3C's validator
claims the page is valid HTML 4.01 Transitional.  AFAICT from reading the HTML
sources, the page should show microscopic (2pt) bright yellow text (ffffcc) on
top of a dark blue-green background (003333).

Note however that I'm well aware that my HTML reading skills are not the best,
so it may be that Mozilla is working fine and the page's HTML is actually wrong.
