From bug 1712446: react-linkify has a typing lib, but they don't support the properties prop, which has been removed on master. An upcoming release is likely gonna ship with typescript bindings, too.

Given that react-linkify hasn't managed to release since 2019, https://github.com/tasti/react-linkify/, and the type libs are for master, I think it'd be great if we could drop this dependency.
