I went to add a new bookmark from the library window and the screenshot is what I saw. Looks like the dialog is resizable and either by default or because I changed it previously it is so small a lot of the UI is cropped out.

Just checked for the first time and it had the same width for me.
Steps
- Open Library
- right click on an entry
- "Bookmark page"

Product will have to decide on a priority. I'm not sure if this is mac-specific or if it also affects Windows/Linux.
I can't find a precise regression window because this broke while proton modals were disabled, and enabling proton modals breaks the dialog opening from the bookmarks dialog (missing nullcheck somewhere) until the day before proton modals got enabled.

We think this has been fixed by Bug 1795901 and related work.
