¡Hola y'all!
I was trying to purchase https://fpn.firefox.com/ and got an error like:
"Error confirming subscription…
30-day money-back guarantee
error icon
The currency of this subscription is not valid for the country associated with your payment."
I believe this is due to my PayPal account being registered in Mexico.
One should be able to purchase this regardless of where the PayPal account was created.

¡Hola!
Yes. I'm afraid this is by design. The FPN is restricted to US customers and one of the ways we check this is by checking that the Credit card or Paypal account is in the US.
I moved to the US a long time ago, but my Paypal account is still connected to the country I grew up in. So I totally understand why this is annoying. As we continue to open up our payment options, I'll bring this use case up.
