We would like to update localizations in the first available dot release of Firefox 89. That will allow us to pick up a few minor fixes, but also a significant update for es-MX (the only locale in the top 15 with low completion level, currently at 100%).
This will require to uplift l10n-changesets.json from beta to release.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: we want to pick up typo fixes, and a much improved localization for es-MX (for which we've seen a few bug/issue reports)
